And in other news, that crazy guy over at radio station W7DTG has taken a Kaito KA600 hand crank emergency radio and attempted to charge a Baofeng battery using just the hand crank.I could have told him this wouldn't work, but he never listens to me and just had to try it himself connecting everything MacGyver style and cranking away on that poor little Kaito hand crank for ten minutes.
Wonder if he will try a 30 minute attempt or not
